Turkey Kebab

You’ll Need

Marinade

⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

½ teaspoon kosher or sea salt

⅛ teaspoon ground allspice

⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon

⅛ teaspoon ground cumin

½ tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon lime juice

½ cup onion, minced

1 teaspoon grated lime peel (zest)

Kebabs

1 pound lean turkey-breast meat

1 onion

1 green pepper

1 red Pepper

1 20-ounce can pineapple chunks

Kebab skewers

Directions

1 Mix ingredients for marinade in a large bowl. Cut kebab ingredients into 1-inch chunks.

2 Place turkey in marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3 While turkey is marinating, soak bamboo skewers in water.

4 Thread marinated turkey and vegetable chunks onto soaked skewers.

5 Grill kebabs until turkey is cooked thoroughly.
